Realm is a non-custodial platform. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet. We do not have access to your funds and cannot recover lost keys.

3. Risks

Trading cryptocurrency derivatives involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform for illegal activities, market manipulation, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or absence of errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
